본 이용약관은 Tesla Dashcam Converter(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 관계를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 다음 기능을 무료로 제공합니다:
모든 처리는 이용자의 브라우저에서 로컬로 이루어지며, 파일은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 서비스는 사전 예고 없이 기능이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 단, 다음에 해당하는 경우 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다:
서비스는 테슬라 차량의 SEI(Supplemental Enhancement Information) 메타데이터를 해석하여 데이터를 추출합니다. 그러나 차량 소프트웨어 버전, 기록 방식, 센서 특성 등에 따라 추출된 데이터가 실제 주행 상황과 다를 수 있습니다. 서비스는 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 법적 효력을 보장하지 않습니다.
서비스로 생성된 영상 또는 데이터를 소송, 보험 청구, 안전신문고 신고, 기타 공식 절차에 사용하는 경우, 해당 결과물의 유효성과 신뢰성은 이용자 본인이 확인하고 책임져야 합니다. 운영자는 결과물의 법적 효력에 관한 어떠한 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.
서비스 이용 중 발생하는 원본 파일 손상, 처리 오류, 기기 오작동 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 중요한 파일은 항상 별도로 백업하시기 바랍니다.
서비스는 사전 통지 없이 점검, 업데이트, 운영 중단될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스는 브라우저의 Web API, WebCodecs 등 표준 기술을 활용합니다. 이용자의 브라우저 환경에 따라 일부 기능이 지원되지 않을 수 있으며, 이에 따른 불편에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스의 소스코드, 디자인, 알고리즘 등 모든 저작물에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 서비스를 통해 처리한 결과물에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 서비스 자체 또는 서비스의 구성 요소를 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석·적용됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 운영자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 1심 전속관할법원으로 합니다.
해외 이용자의 경우, 해당 국가의 소비자보호법이 적용될 수 있습니다. 유럽 이용자는 EU 소비자보호법에 따른 권리를 보유하며, 온라인 분쟁해결 플랫폼(ODR)을 이용할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지 후 7일이 지나면 효력이 발생합니다. 변경 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

All processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are transmitted to any server. Features may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
The Service is freely available to all users. The following uses are prohibited:
The Service extracts data by interpreting Tesla vehicle SEI (Supplemental Enhancement Information) metadata. Results may differ from actual driving conditions depending on vehicle software version, recording method, and sensor characteristics. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of extracted data.
If you use Service outputs for litigation, insurance claims, traffic safety reports, or other official purposes, you are solely responsible for verifying the validity and reliability of those outputs. We provide no warranty regarding legal admissibility.
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from file corruption, processing errors, or device malfunctions during Service use. Always maintain separate backups of important files.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
The Service relies on standard browser APIs (WebCodecs, etc.). Some features may not be available in all browser environments. We are not liable for limitations caused by your browser configuration.
All rights to the Service's source code, design, and algorithms belong to the operator. Rights to output files produced using the Service belong to you, the user. Commercial use of the Service or its components without prior written consent from the operator is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For users located in the European Union, your local consumer protection laws may apply, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
We may update these terms as needed. Changes will take effect 7 days after notice is posted. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
